Q:-  When and how did you enter into this business?

A:-   After dropping parental business of sweets, we turned towards this business from April 2004.

Q:-  How far has been your journey with Sunmica brand?

A:-   It has been a great journey to be associated with such an organization for last 6 years.

Q:-  How did you first come to know about this brand and how important do you feel brand Sunmica has been for your business growth?

A:-   I know this brand from childhood when we first purchased it for our new house construction in 1990. Consistency in quality and supply is the key point of this company, this is very important for business growth.

Q:-  What is the best thing do you like the most about Sunmica brand?

A:-   The main U.S.P of Sunmica lies in its quality. As Sunmica was first to launch Sunmica product in Indian market, Customers always ask for Sunmica. Also the management people are very much cooperative.

Q:-  How do you find Sunmica brand after change of hands since 2011?

A:-   After 2011 Sunmica has undergone positive changes. It gained technological advancement rbwith help of Japanese technology and launched Innovative designs, introduced new color & textures. Since then it has got better and better.

Q:-  How important has been a long term association with a brand like Sunmica for the growth of dealers?

A:-   With the Sunmica brand, dealers can make their reputation and a positive image in the market. With the changing modern marketing style to offer laminates to market with vibrant colors, textures, schemes, new launches with aggression.

Q:-  In this regard what is your perception about AICA?

A:-   With the changing tastes and preferences in designing & architecture, Aica has added new designs in its range list. There is a need for the company to offer variety of schemes and develop new strategies to boost sales; also as competition is increasing company needs to undertake promotional activities to remain best among other brands.

Q:-  What are the best things with AICA for Rajasthan market?

A:-   It is most reputed & trusted brand in Rajasthan market. Customers always tend to prefer it over other brands.

Q:-  How do you see business with brand AICA in GST regime?

A:-   After GST application all over India, we can easily send our Sunmica products anywhere without going through any difficult formalities.

Q:-  What do you feel, is the best thing that has been offered by AICA in the last 3 years?

A:-   In the last three year-Aica- Sunmica has provided New Colors & New Textures, faster availability, has improved presentation and range of products.

Q:-  According to you what is the advantage of Japanese technology for your customers?

A:-   Everyone knows that Japanese are very quality conscious and make good quality of products, so it’s easy to convince customers.

Q:-  In your opinion, what new products should be added by the company in its product package in near future.

A:-   Company have already good range, it’s important to show separate folder for normal range and texture range and should improve presentation of catalogue by showing big pieces of samples in folders.
