Action TESA has come up with world class fully integrated and automated MDF production line with Wood De-Barker, for the first time in India to debark the wood before chipping, resulting very less consumption of plant and polish, giving uniform colour, zero blister while lamination & ensuring best routing results. It has Prod-IQ Quality System which gives “Guaranteed Quality”. It is an extremely intelligent and innovative process control which ensures consistency of highest level of quality during production and till finishing line.

With these advanced features spread in a vast area of 100 acre land, this is India’s 1st and only MDF plant capable of manufacturing thickness from 1.9 mm to 45 mm in multiple sizes with India’s 1st 8th generation line from European machinery giantsb Siempelkamp GmbH & Co, Germany with 8 feet line. With the support of world’s no 1 refiner (Defibrator) from Valmet, Sweden ensuring consistently uniform fibre size resulting in uniform density, better internal bonding and Modulus of Rupture (MOR) it’s 100% Automatic Board Storage & Board Cutting System ensure conditioning of board for prescribed time as per standard operating process to give best quality boards. And its most advanced sicoscan series of precise fully automatic gauges for online testing for blisters density. This is India’s only plant with 5 stage wood chips screening thus ensuring best quality fibres are obtained to manufacturer best quality boards consistently.

With these facilities the plant has become India’s 1st backward integrated plant with in house formaldehyde manufacturing facility for making best quality glue. It is also India’s 1st and only state-of-the-art 12 head sanding machine equipped with Polishing Roller from Steinmann, Switzerland.
