ADVANCE EMPORIO Lunched in Delhi

The lunching ceremony was organised in association with New Shakti Traders, Distributor of Delhi, which was attained by more than 200 dealers.

To introduce the folder of ADVANCE EMPORIO 1mm laminate to Delhi, Advance Laminate in association with their North Delhi distributor Pitampura based New Shakti Traders organised a dealers gathering at Hotel Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi on April 6, 2018, which was attended by more than 200 dealers. Advance Emporio folder consists of their new additions of products range that has some unseen shades and textures. The programme was inaugurated altogether by Advance Laminate’s management leaders and proprietor of New Shakti Traders by lighting the lamp.

The event witnessed a number of industry professionals who met with company’s managing directors Mr Rakesh Salhotra, Mr. Praveen Salhotra, Mr. Subhash Salhotra, Mr. Rajat Salhotra and Proprietor, New Shakti Traders, Mr Sandeep Goel with his father Mr Ramesh Goel.

Addressing the audience, dealers/distributors and industry professionals Mr Rajat Salhotra briefed about the company and its initial approach and achievements in two years of success. He also motivated the dealers to adopt the organised working model as the company has achieved a lot being organised. “We are committed to the best of the best services to the industry. Advance Laminate is well known in the industry for bringing innovative and latest products with thorough study; customers’ choice and their feedbacks. Dealers are the leaders of the market and your efforts are commendable for growth. Our distributor for North Delhi region New Shakti Traders has put a tremendous effort for educating dealers and customers about laminates and its uses and better applications in the region. Trade appreciates his offerings and supports him a lot.” The dealers found it very impressive and the event was much more satisfactory.

“The objectives to introduce the folder at North Delhi zone is to give our customers the latest offerings and consolidate the dealers in the region and educated them about the work culture of Advance Laminate which facilitated them achieve success in very short period of two years. Everyone was amazed to be a part of such a glittering and impressive event,” said Mr Sandeep Goel, Proprietor, New Shakti Treders. During the launch function more than 200 dealers especially from North Delhi were present. They were enthusiast for being a part of the event and have closer look of the range of laminates in the folder. They appreciated a lot stating this event presented a unique concept of introducing folder. The theme introduced was unique and innovative not available in the market. Some of the dealers expressed that at a single zone it was an event like which has happened never before. They also said that folder is beautiful and the content in folder is also much liked by the consumers.

Mr Sandeep Goel has a long experience in wood panel trade as he himself has dedicated his life in service to the industry and willing to grow with Advance Laminates and their guidance in future as well. “We are in wood panel trade since last 25 years which was a humble beginning in the industry by my Father Mr Ramesh Goel. I joined him during my college days altogether doing graduation in 1994. After that I am continuously serving the industry by selling plywood and other panels and allied products,” said Mr Sandeep Goel. Ten years before he got involved in laminate business also, and since last two years he is associated with Advance Laminate with the capacity of authorised distributor at North Delhi zone.

“It was an interesting incident which led me to get associated with Advance Laminate, as co-incidentally I met with the company people and later visited the factory and observed the folder which attracted us a lot. We found a huge factory which is very innovative, attractive and equipped with well managed workflow. The staff members are also committed to their work in different departments. I found them very good to adopt, so got associated with them. Secondly very co-cordial behaviour of Rajat Salhotra and the company management inspired me having observation that they are right people and with them we can achieve a new height of success. Mr Rajat’s futuristic approach attracted very much so then and there finalised the contract for the distribution of Advance Laminate products. Today we are moving ahead with a satisfactory growth,” he added.

According to Mr Sandeep Goel, Advance Laminate is different and stands apart from others so they have not to face competition in the market. Its textures colours and quality as well as the after sales services are totally different and innovative. “We see our future with Advance Laminate management policy and their approach towards product offerings with innovation and extensive R&D before launching. Advance Laminates is a dynamic company who took innovations applicable very quickly that is the positive side. Secondly, they understand every market needs and act accordingly with schemes and promotions to that particular market. Thirdly, they have developed a very active marketing team that approaches every dealers/distributors, listen to their problems and solve them with no time. They are very strict at their management and attend each and every issue of dealers/distributors,” he added further. Advance Laminates’ ADVANCE EMPORIO folder consists of 310 shades which include wooden (nearly 100) shades and 40 plain shades. During the launch function many eminent industry and trade conglomerates were present. After the event the responses from the dealers were excellent.
