OpuLux Scratch Proof panels are made using an advanced engineer polymer sheet: ABS-PMMA. The top surface of this polymer sheet is coated with a proprietary coating which makes the surface scratch proof. OpuLux panels have three different finishes - high gloss, acryl glass, and supermatt finishes. OpuLux scratch proof panels continues to meet the needs of current design trends and enriches the furniture market with its unmistakable surface quality, excellent gloss or supermatt effect, and unique depth of gloss. Its supermatt surface finish offers a velvety feel. The surface of its supermatt finish is free of finger prints. OpuLux scratch proof panels are available on a choice of core materials like plywood, MDF, particle board, and composite materials. Another unique aspect of OpuLux is the backer material which is used to produce these panels - Praveedh Decor is the only company in India to use ABS sheet as the backer for all their OpuLux products. With a wide range of decors, Nivesa Prelaminated panels are made using the best of polymer foils like polypropylene (PP), PETG and PVC sourced from some of the leading foil manufacturers from all over the world.
These decorative foils are then laminated in a state of the art flat lamination unit using hotmelt PUR adhesive on MDF. Nivesa panels offer high gloss, supermatt, and texture surface finishes. The exotic decors available in Nivesa are extremely unique and unmatched. As Nivesa boards are made using foils, there is no issue of chipping while cutting the boards. Nivesa high gloss panels have a mirror like surface without causing a dent on your pockets. The texture decors in Nivesa are unique, and unmatched.
A ready to use solution for all kinds of furniture, Zooper prelaminated boards are manufactured using the best quality of raw material. Zooper prelaminated panels are made using the best quality high pressure laminates (hpl), which are bonded a choice of core material like plywood, MDF, or particle board. Zooper panels saves a lot of time and resources for their customers as they do not require any pasting. With Zooper products in the factory, the customers have a complete peace of mind.
