NCL Industries presented Duradoors using Bison Panels which attracted many takers. The brand ‘Duradoors’ has been introduced to the market in the month of April this year and till now it has observed considerable changes in product and manufacturing technology. “We have come up with doors with an innovative solution using Bison Panels. Bison Panel can be used in indoor and outdoor purposes. It is water proof, termite proof and fire resistant. In comparison to other doors it’s little bit costly but it has unique features of being water and fire resistant. So, for safety purpose anyone can go for it,” said Mr P Gautam Reddy, VP, Duradoors.
The company is offering two variants in fire rated doors with ‘Duradoors’ has capacity of 30 minutes and 60 minutes. It has also unique feature of being unaffected with seasonal changes of contraction and expansion. “We are intended to offer it pan India but at present we are serving from our base at Hyderabad and just entered into Bangalore and Mumbai. We are offering complete door solution including hardware and installation and there is no need to apply any other substrate on it. It is finished with machines application with PVC foil using hot glue and European technology vacuum press,” he added.
“What we offer is complete door solutions without any hassle for the process to start installation during building structure is made. Even after tiling is done we come and take measurement just after the customers have finished their design selection. We can install it in ten days even if there is bulk order as we have huge production capacity and installation capability,” he elaborated.
