The Comsumers, Architects, and Interior Designers have an opportunity to touch , feel and experience the full range of the company’s 800 products with assistance from highly trained staff.
Commenting on achieving 140 Display Showrooms, Mr. Raj Patel, Director of the company said to The Ply Reporter, “It is great achievement by our distributors and team members to reach the figure of 140 stores across many large towns and metros in India. We are very proud of this feat and honoured to have such an enthusiastic and hardworking team. There is a lot of potential still there for us to expand. India is a very large country demographically. There are hundreds of towns with a population of over 1 lac people each. The potential to reach out to this large customer base is immense. Maruti has over 800 showrooms across India and is still expanding. We still have a long way to go”.
Mr. Raj Patel further adds, “We realised that our clients faced a major challenge with regards to viewing and selecting our products. The catalogues were proving inadequate given the size and scale of designs that were being introduced in the field of laminates. The design HQ gave us an opportunity to provide a solution against this challenge and also to educate our clients about the benefits and quality of our products. It gave us a chance to interact with them and also understand their needs and better craft our products to suit their needs”.
