Vizag based company, the makers of SIAMPLY brand, has brought technically upgraded quality product which differs from the products available in the market at affordable prices to its consumers.
SIAMPlY is built with the proprietary OCTAPRO technology, which treats and presses their panels four times each. Their panels adhere to BIS, Green building and ISO norms. The company wants to bring Ply and Board to all users in the market who look for quality. They have initially introduced plywood and boards and they will add more products in the future. Their first range of Ply and Board are in the INVENT Categories such as INVENTClub333, INVENTClub222, INVENTClub111, INVENTMR, INVENTShield FR, INVENTDine and INVENTBoard.
“We want our engineers, architect and carpenters to Innovate and Invent new designs through our range of plywood. Through our OCTAPro technology, we are providing panels which are gapless, waterproof, termite & borer proof, dimensionally accurate and calibrated,” said Mr. Ajit Minda, Director of SIAMPly. The company’s focus is that its customer thinks and builds differently as well. Their target customers are quality conscious designers, architects, carpenters and showrooms.
“We have started our work on building a sales network pan India. This way we can cater to the requirements by the consumers in the coming future. Our professional sales personnel have started work on marketing our products to prospective distributors and dealers in the markets. It is noted that SIAMPLY manufacturing unit is situated at the port city of Vizag on the eastern coast of India. They have introduced some of the most technically advanced plywood and panel machinery to cater to their target consumers. The machines have been imported and indigenously procured from some of the best in the Industry. Their production facilities are installed to provide quality product under quality environment. Their plants have cumulative covered space of over 0.15million sqft. With automisation & safety in mind, they have tried to decrease involvement of manpower in shop floor
The company uses good quality raw materials include selected species of hardwood timber like Gurjan & Eucalyptus and Softwood species like Pine for boards. The glue is also made in at state of the art Resin Manufacturing units. They have in-house testing facilities to take periodical checks of quality parameters as well.
