All India PVC Laminates Manufacturers Association (AIPLMA) has announced the price hike in PVC laminate by Rs 150 per sheet as per the respective base prices in all series of materials. The decision has been taken by the industry association in online meeting that was called up with office bearers and members on 6 Sept, 2021 to discuss the industry issues and challenges before them. After discussion they decided to pass on the input cost of manufacturers to the customers by raising the prices of PVC laminate sheets. Writing a letter to the concerned persons in their region the association has informed the members about the discussion and decision to increase the prices with immediate effect.
The members said that keeping in view the substantial hike in price of all raw materials like PVC resins and chemicals along with a major hike in cost of international freight and PVC films that is by more than 30-40% in the last 45 days. All the members appreciated the decision of price hike by the association. The companies such as Skydecor Laminates, Innovative Products, Allcor Laminates, Sai PVC Décor, Crystal PVC Laminate, Paramount Group, Sun Impex, Smart PVC Laminate, Sparrow PVC Laminate, Innovation PVC Marbo, Yamuna Interior Pvt Ltd, Laxmi Industries, Metro Panel Industries, Charanjeet Industries, Advance Decorative, Sun Plastics, Kairos Polymer Pvt Ltd, Flexibond Decoratives LLP, Viola Decoratives Pvt Ltd, Reckon Teckstone Pvt Ltd, Kairos Decor Private Limited and Virgo Group agreed to increase prices.
