Q- Hello, Mr. Ren! It received many positive responses in India that the Sufoma interview published in our magazine in July. Many customers would like to ask you to share more specific products and services for India.

Ren: Thank you very much for your recognition. I have also received a lot of inquiries in recent months. At present, the world is affected by the epidemic, industrial costs have increased significantly, and everyone is under pressure. In order to provide cost-effective Chinese woodbased panel equipment and peripheral products to global customers, China Foma Group has recently established Overseas Business Department, which is fully responsible by Mr. Gu Rong, the former managing director of Sufoma machinery, who is also the vice president of China Forestry Machinery Association. It shows that China Foma Group attaches great importance to the overseas business of wood-based panel machinery. Mr. Gu will introduce the new organizational structure services to overseas markets, especially for Indian customers.

Q- Hello Mr. Gu.! We believe that all practitioners in the Indian wood-based panel industry will pay close attention to the work adjustment of China Foma for export business. Can you give a detailed explanation to all Indian customers here?

Gu Rong: Thank you very much for the strong support of Ply Reporter Magazine to China Foma, Sufoma Machinery and Zhongfoma Machinery. We are also very happy to take Ply Reporter as one of our official mediums for publishing authoritative information in India. Sufoma Machinery and Zhongfoma Machinery are wholly owned subsidiaries of China Foma. In order to provide wood-based panel equipment, accessories and services for overseas customers more efficiently, all export business of China Foma Group (including Sufoma and Zhongfoma) will be operated only by Overseas Business Department of China Foma, and the mailbox of external business contact will be gradually replaced with the suffix@chinafoma.com.

This is a very significant change. What benefits can Indian customers get from this adjustment of your company?

Gu Rong: Through this adjustment, we will improve in the following three aspects:

Supply chain integration capability: Through the rapid development of Chinese wood-based panel market in last twenty years, the production and process level of wood-based panel has been in a leading position in the world, and a complete industrial supporting system and talent resources have been formed. Our newly established team has strong industry background and channel capability. As an emerging market rising rapidly at present, we believe that we can customize a package of overall solutions for Indian customers.

Quick response ability: Overseas Business Department has integrated the overseas sales human and technical resources. We will form several professional working groups from the two aspects of products and accessories to provide full-scale services to designated customers. We also have a team of service engineers, who can provide timely after-sales service support to customers. We are also actively preparing for India's localized service and spare parts supply system.

Value enhancement capability: We are actively developing training courses for wood-based panel factories. During the epidemic, we can conduct professional and operation training for our customers through videos. After the epidemic, we will organize Indian friends to participate in practical training in Chinese wood-based panel factories. The improvement of China's wood-based panel production capacity and the production technology of subdivided panels are very remarkable. We hope to empower our customers by improving their human capital.

Q- We are looking forward to strengthening cooperation between China Foma and India after this adjustment. Finally, could you please introduce your team?

Some are from the R&D department with full technical knowledge, and some studied abroad with experienced language skills. Our vision is to provide customers with professional, efficient, sustainable cost-effective products and services. Finally thanks to the Indian customers for their trust and support again. In the future, we will show our latest products, projects and views in Ply Reporter Magazine. Thank you!
