Besides, Yamunanager based Globe Panel is also installing a large-scale manufacturing unit for Kraft papers.

In the paper industry, previously, with the rising price of Kraft paper, the decorative industries observed that venturing into Kraft paper manufacturing would be a good option to diversify as it can be a profitable business. In coming times, its demand will increase in the laminate industry as well as other industry segments like packaging. Kraft paper is consumed in some other industries also.
According to the Ply Reporter sources, approximately a dozen industry players are preparing feasibility reports in this direction. So there is an expectation that more laminate players can venture into Kraft paper manufacturing in the country.
