Saburi Ply facility with its headquarter in Kolkata, West Bengal is coming up with a plywood and particle board manufacturing unit in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The facility is having an area of 25 acres and an approximate production capacity of 75000 N/A per day in plywood and 300 Cubic Meters per day in particle board (9x6 ft). The production of plywood has started in January 2024, and the particle boards will start in June 2024. The capacity of the group after the addition of plywood will be doubled to 150000 N/A per day. They will be making high-end, premium-grade plywood; along with (— mirror finish—) shuttering plywood at Vizag Plant.

With a vision of this, we are doubling our plywood production capacity and entering particle board manufacturing. With this Plywood capacity, we will strengthen our southern India Plywood market further with high quality products. In Particle Boards, we are setting up plant of 6 ft boards that will cater OEMs demand of high quality products. We are also putting Short Cycle Presses there, and will launch our Pre-lam boards in mid of this year”.
