    The objective of entire wood panel and related furniture materials producers are common, that they want to reduce their dependency on men power, and wish to adopt automatic manufacturing establishment for volume production. Furniture sector is increasingly opting for CNC controlled machines, panel saw, edge band, boring machines for quality and volume.Concluding manufacturing scenario, Indian wood-panel and furniture manufacturing sectors are on transformation spree to be equipped by adopting atomization and it is visible in every product category and every part or states of India.

     

    Indian Wood Panel & Furniture manufacturing are getting mature gradually and producers are moving towards high production with modern machines for quality work to support big volumes. There is pressure on margins because supply is more and market is becoming competitive. The logic behind big volumes is to reduce overhead cost and generate ability to sustain. In present scenario, those firms having turnover between Rs 80 -Rs 150 crore are moving towards Automation in plants to keep them safe and be different from the crowd.

    Plywood companies are bringing high capacity Boilers, Jumbo Driers, auto Core Composers, Auto Loading-unloading system, 20-daylight presses, double side sanding, Calibrator, High Speed Peeling with smooth work flow layout.

    HPL industries too are putting high speed impregnation lines, 16-daylight presses etc. PB and MDF producers are enquiring for medium capacity (ranging 300 to 400 cubic meters) and Conti-roll production lines with new designed Chippers, Refiner and Flakers at the same time MDF players are putting high capacity European lines.

    PVC Edge band, PVC Boards, Cement Fibre Boards, Doors, Decorative Veneers too witnessing high volume lines to cater demand.
