YOU-V Plylam Opens Two Franchise Showrooms in Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh

On a different track away from the traditional practices adopting an innovative business model You-v Plylam has opted to offer franchise ownership of You-v Plylam to the flagship branded organised traders. In this line they have opened up two franchise showrooms in Kadapa district, one at Kadapa city itself which was opened on 20 March 2022 covering an area of 500 sqft and the other at Prodotur on 22 March 2022 covering an area of 1400 sqft.

“This is a unique business model for the wood panel trade and is a win – win situation for the company and the showroom owners both. For this we select a leading player of the region who is selling branded products. By signing a franchise business contract with a security deposit of Rs 10 lakh we offer the franchise ownership,” said Mr Kuldeep Jain, MD, You-v Plylam.

“The showroom owners for the first year get as support from the company on 50% rental of the showroom. In this agreement they are given guaranteed 9% margins on sales along with the support of the marketing team. With it the customers enjoy the fixed price product offering and excellent after sales service without any hassle, ”he added.

Till date they have opened up ten stores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. Very shortly they are going to open six more franchise showrooms that are scheduled to be opened by next month. Their plan is to open 30 showrooms by the next financial year in AP and Telangana states. That would be either company owned or on franchise showrooms. Starting their journey 13 years back the company owns and operates stores of Plywood at Ghoshamahal, Kukatpally, Warangal and Karimnagar also.

Their products under the strict guidance of experts as per industry defined standards are manufactured at Kolkata and being a company operated activity they are able to give competitive prices which are fixed price with quality service. The company offerings include plywood, WPC, laminate, block board, doors and more than 200 species of natural decorative veneers along with other decorative panel products.
