How did you come into PVC laminate manufacturing?
We already had presence in allied industries like plywood, particle board, MDF; PVC Laminates is also from same industry. We saw huge potential in this industry. So, this was the reason to come in to PVC Laminates manufacturing.
According to you how much PVC laminate sheets are being produced in India and what is the strength of imports?
In recent time a lot of manufacturers have come up in PVC Laminates product. If we talk about imports it is as equivalent to domestic production.
How do you see the future of PVC laminate in India?
The future of PVC Laminates is growing. The reason behind this, it offers high gloss surface, 90 degree bendable, 100% water proof &termite proof. It is being widely accepted for kitchen shutters & wardrobes.

In PVC laminate segment small capacity plants are many. How it is beneficial or disadvantageous?
Maximum plants of PVC laminates are small capacity & working on regional level. With product being acceptable in the market the production capacity is increasing over the time.
Architects and OEMs are not much fascinated about using PVC laminates. What is your view?
This is a new product and all the companies are taking initiative to create awareness. Also skilled labour and modern technique machine is required to install this product.
