Aroha Film Faced Shuttering Ply is manufactured from superior quality hardwood procured from the reliable vendors. The panels are composed by aligning several layers of phenolic resin-coated veneers, each placed at right angles to each other. It is compressed 60% as compared to any other shuttering ply available in the market. Extra compression leads to better nail and screw holding capacity. By using selected quality veneer (impregnated with modified RPF resin) longer life and better quality is guaranteed.
Aroha Altimate Ply is the alternate ply available in both BWR and BWP grade. Altimate Ply is manufactured under controlled temperature and pressure with adequate timing to obtain unmatched bonding. Both the grades are manufactured in country’s best hydraulic hot press with higher density as compared to other plywood available, which reduces water absorption thereby removing warping, swelling and de-lamination.
Aroha Rigid Marine Ply is composed with 100% red core high quality veneers. Each and every panel is made with pre-press technology and is bonded at high pressure and temperature with undiluted Phenol formaldehyde resin.
It is further treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, using specific preservative to render it resistant to marine organisms. Aroha Rigid Ply panels are composed using 8×2 core panels of thickness 1.8mm for each layer of core. This ensures that the finished ply has zero core gaps, zero overlaps and zero splitting on nailing or cutting.
Aroha Pinnacle Block Boards are manufactured from the combination of selected, seasoned, durable Pine wood. These are bonded with Melamine fortified Urea Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards are resistant to twisting /warping, have superb screw holding and nail holding capability. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness.
Aroha Denver Flush Doors (IS:2202) are ready to use and can be mounted easily with minimum efforts to beautify your dream home. It is manufactured under strict quality control conditions that fully comply with the ISI specifications. The chemically treated battens and frames of Aroha waterproof flush doors prevent any attack of micro-organisms, borer, termite, fungus or any rot. These are well finished flush doors with smooth surface for laminations. They offer dimensional accuracy and stability in varying humidity and have a high screw holding capacity, high shock and buckling resistance.
