Q. When & how did you become a channel partner with Aica Laminates.?
A. Approximately, nine years before we got associated with them.
Q. How the brand image & quality of Aica is helping in your business?
A. It is one of the leading brands laminate industries and businesses having approval almost everywhere in Government departments as well as retail projects, thereby, supporting sale of other products too from our counter.
Q. What strength of Aica which you have identified during your journey with the company?
A. Without any doubt, the product quality being offered is excellent. I never had any complaints regarding it till now.
Q. What is your opinion on new ranges introduced by the company during the last 3 years?
A. We are very impressed with the new range introduced by the company. Their Kaiya range is a big success in our territory.
Q. Aica being an international brand, does it add value to the business, if yes please elaborate?
A. As mentioned earlier, it contributes to the sales of other products. We are privileged to be a channel partner of such a leading international brand.
Q. In the present market scenario do you feel that Aica should offer other related products also like plywood, pre-lam Board and doors etc. Give your opinion with reason?
A. I would certainly suggest a venture into Acrylic laminâtes as its demand is increasing in the interior applications.
Q. According to you what else the company should do to improve its marketing strategies?
A. Q. What is your view about future growth of laminates and other alternate surface products?
A. Despite many players coming in, the market still has a lot of potential to grow further with strategic movement with strong marketing team and focusing on team work with effective communications.
