Northern India based leading decor printing manufacturing company for High Pressure and Low Pressure laminates industries, Unique Decor India has started operation of its high speed manufacturing lines, which is at par with International quality parameters in decor print paper. Mr Lalit Gupta, Director of the company informed that the production has started in one manufacturing line, and two new high-speed lines are also going to be commissioned shortly. With high speed line, the company is able to produce international quality printed decor paper for manufacturing of high quality 1 mm laminates, hence with new lines, Indian laminates producers will be able to get great quality paper and they would not depend merely on China and other countries for their decor paper need.
Director of the company Mr Sahil Barisal added that with high speed line, they have unveiled 18 designs in two different series. The Signature series will cater the demand of 1 mm laminates, while Cryan series is suitable for 0.9 mm and 0.8 mm laminates. He says that once the company starts production of another two high speed lines, which will be commissioned in couple of months, he will introduce more designs. "With our high speed lines, there will be no color variation in different decor paper lots and the quality matches with international standard," quipped the director of the company Mr Ankur Bansal.
Mr Bansal further informed that they have set up high standard lab facility to check every piece of paper, color and print and assure good quality products. It is noted that Unique Decor is leading decor paper printer in northern India, having 500 tons per month manufacturing facilities. With the installation of all three new high speed lines, Unique Decor will reach to 1100 tons printing decor paper capacity every month.
