MILO New Collection Brings Joy Among Dealers

The recently launched new folder of MILO 0.8mm decorative laminate after a lot of R&D by Oum Lamitech has been receiving good response. Within a month the folder has turned a big hit among the channel partners. The folder is having latest textures, designs, shades and colours which are turning highly attractive among them. The customers are hand in hand picking these offerings as the folder is very attractive and the collection of laminates is also catching their choice. The product offering by Oum Lamitech is well supported with highly efficient after sales service and quick supply. With the improved operational management the company is much more active than ever before and boosting their production to cater the demand and offers total satisfaction to the customers.

MR PUNIT JAIN, JJ LAMINATES, DELHI: The folder is very good with newly introduced smoke colour of laminates and in my observation the new collection of MILO is one of the best folders in the region. Due to it the sales have increased by 50% now despite having distributed to just 50% of our dealers among nearly 250 dealers network. Now even the small retailers are calling for the folder and asking for delivery. The folder looks like 1 mm and the material, colours, textures, designs and finishes are also like 1mm laminates. Veneer look and finish material which was in 1mm is now available in MILO 0.8mm. We are regularly placing orders as the demand is very high from this folder. I am very satisfied with MILO 0.8mm folder and its quality; I don’t have words to express my satisfaction. Secondly the company’s after sales service and product delivery has become faster and now it reaches to us within a week after putting an order. So, we are very satisfied with this folder and the service from the company. So, this is very promising as with it I expect just double the sales The 'MILO' decorative laminate folder depicts tradition for which the company is devoted to present strengths and quality craftsmanship for this new collection. MILO 0.8mm new collection folder is bigger in size having 200 designs in which there are 19 textures, 50 suede finishes, 40 high gloss shades in metallic and wooden finish with a number of stone, solid and sparkles. The Ply Reporter interacted to number of distributors on the product innovation, presentation of folder, the collection of shades, colours and textures. Here are a few observations, a month after launching the folder in the market.

MR VIPIN NEHALANI, VS LAMINATES, INDORE: The quality of Oum Lamitech products remain ultimate always and this new folder of MILO 0.8mm is another feather in their cap. The MILO specialty is having its resemblance with 1mm colours, quality, textures and shades, so it is going on very good against the rising segment of 0.92mm laminates. The presentation of the folder is very good in red colour with bigger pieces of laminates placed in an innovative way throughout the folder. The customers like dark colours with flowers and boxes more in quantity and we also maintain its stock in large number. The textured laminates in embossed effect are more in demand. The laminates quality is very good and it does not give breakage, because its resin quality is very good and the product is 100% phenolic. Due to its numerous innovation and adding new things in the folder the sales have already picked up. We hope by the end of this year our sales will have 50% more every month. This is visible in just a week after launching this folder in the region in our over 600 dealers’ network in MP. All are giving positive response.

MR RAJEEV KANSAL, SHREE SHYAM PLY, HAPUR: This is an excellent folder which has many new and trending shades that is having very good demand in the market and sales are also coming very good. It is being liked by the end users of all strata, whether they are from rural background or urban. Due to this folder we got very good response and our nearly 25% sales have increased. The folder is having wooden colours & finishes and textures in different shades. The folder presentation is very good and it is very engaging and interesting to the customers. As they start flipping it they definitely see complete folder. In our network of 200 dealers in Hapur and around area of 200 km, we are having sales of different shades in different area. Hopefully by the end of this year we will reach to 150% sales because this folder is different and incomparable from all what I have seen in the market. 

RAMESH MITTAL, MITTAL PLYWOOD & LAMINATES, NANGLOI, DELHI: Folder is very good with lot of good designs, shades and textures. The customers are very happy with it. When they come to shop first they ask for this folder and after filliping it they definitely choose their choice of laminate, as in this folder the collection is just equal to 1mm laminates. We are unable to fulfill the demand as just after seeing the folder the customers ask for the laminate of their choice. Most of the customers ask for textured laminate which is first time come into 0.8mm range in this folder. Veneer finished laminate is also much liked by the customers. We are expecting very good sales when we will spread its material to all our dealers’ base and retail counters.
