Skydécor Laminates has now ventured into HPL manufacturing by installing the latest machines at their newly built manufacturing facility at Hapur, UP. Initially they resumed the production of 0.72mm laminates in 30 colours, soon they will be offering 1mm with high end exclusive European papers, says Mr. Utsav Garg, Director of the company. Commercial production started in the first week of August after the installation of machines was completed.
Skydecor Laminates Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2016, as the first manufacturer of PVC laminates in India. They have successfully completed four years of profitable operations. Their newly built plant at Hapur in UP has HPL manufacturing capacity of 3 lakhs sheets per month, which is equipped with modern machinery spread over 180000 sqft area.
“With support of all the channel partners we are extremely delighted to announce the opening of our new paper laminate plant located in Hapur, UP. That is spread in over 180000 sqft area and the production capacity of the plant is 40 lakh sheerts per annum. To start with we will be launching liner laminates in 0.72mm with 30 colours with a vision to enter into the premium 1mm market very soon with high end exclusive European papers before year end,” said Mr Ajay Garg, Directors, E3 Group.
“I believe we will achieve the targeted sales in the next six - seven months as the production has resumed after press installation has been completed. Very soon a new folder will be launched in HPL category also with new designs and textures,” said Mr Manoj Bansal, Director, Skydecor Laminates.
The laminate is also sister concern of E3 Group, which produces ACP, PVC Edge band, PVC Laminates, Boards, HPL clades etc.
