E3  Group is going to start commercial production of MDF by next year. The MDF manufacturing unit has been commissioned for a new plant in Uttarakhand near Kashipur area. The company has installed continuous lines for manufacturing. The line is said to be from China Foam, Conti-role manufacturing process line, which is equipped to produce MDF from thickness range of 2.0 mm to 35.0 mm.

The company had a plan to start its commercial production by 2019 but the project was delayed due to some unavoidable reasons. “We are going to start the commercial production in the MDF plant in the year 2023. We had started working on it in the year 2019 which was delayed due to litigation in Kashipur. Now the issue has been resolved so we are hopeful that by June 2023 we will be able to start commercial production with 550 cbm on continuous line,” said Mr Sanjay Garg, CMD, E3 Group.

E3  Group is a leading Indian manufacturer of Interior and Exterior products like Aluminium Composite Panels, HPL, WPC Boards, Polycarbonate Sheets and PVC laminates, Acrylic laminates and Edgeband Tapes. The group’s offerings stand for elegant, everlasting and economical and are a classic example of ‘Make in India’ movement. Their factories are located in several states with a Pan India distributor network. Their core objective is to promote 'Make in India’ and cost effective panel and furniture solutions.

The people behind the group have risen from base and with hardwork and joint working style, they have created E3 as a brand that is steadily growing in various sectors. Speaking on the crowded MDF segment, Mr. Sanjay Garg further says, “We have big strength in selling and marketing of panel products hence there is no issue for E3 group in selling our capacity. He added that in future MDF prices will compete with prices of cheap plywood and thus will take share from plywood thus in the long term, E3 group will be able to sell entire production within its own group network.
