Euro Pratik With an objective of creating worldclass interior & exterior environment Euro Pratik offers different range of panel products in varied looks, designs, material for different purposes. They are offering Kagada, Rocklite, Lumberlight, Lucento, Total Stone series and many more products. They also introduced flooring solution in two segments like laminate and vinyl floorings with interlocking, water proof and termite proof. Mr Pratik Singhwi, Director, Euro Pratik said, “Every month we launch some new products and bring something new in the market. We have brought eighty designs of new mouldings and in charcoal also we have started economy range and matt series. In Alabaster we started new rustic Alabaster. Also we have started fibber cement board. So including these we have come up with five new ranges of products. These days the decorative segment is overcrowded but we can see consolidation with time. The present market requirements are products innovation and new designs and we are the first to grow at that level with new offerings in this segment.”

Euro Decor introduced exclusive species of veneers and specialised offering is from DYED veneer. “We have expertise in dyed veneer as we are the one among leading veneer producers in the world with European manufacturing plant. We are offering international quality dyed veneer like Tabu or Legnoquattro with similar strength plant that we have. Dyed veneer trend is coming up after smoked veneer. Since last six months many of the leading projects, hotels, buildings, brands or event houses Dyed veneers are being used at large scale. This is the reason we are largely focusing on this segment. Currently are displaying nearly 50 colours of five species in dyed veneer but it can be made available in any of the
species! In natural veneer we are offering over 1000 types of veneers in different species,” said Mr. Dhiraj Nandu, Director, Euro Decor.

TREELAM introduced 15 colours in PVC based alabaster in 1.5 mm thickness under the series of TERRAZZO which is 90 degree bendable considered as substitute for Solid Surface material. And 57 shades of PVC based glossy laminates as a substitute of veneers. Besides they also offer their existing products in PVC laminates in new colours and textures to grab the market. “Our PVC glossy laminates and alabasters are much suitable for middle class people who cannot afford solid surface and veneers. Glo Panels Pvt Ltd showcased four new products in Glo such as Translucenza, Rusticwud, we V planter and Fibre Cement for decorative purposes and interior applications. “Translucenza is basically for used as highlighters. The Rusticwud is an imported product as an alternative to veneer and laminate. V planter is used vertically for decorating the wall and other vertical place in interiors. The fibre cement is available in 6mm is a digital printing for interior purposes. It is a waterproof, termite proof product which can be used in interior as well as exteriors. We are offering many colours/designs of these of all these products,” said Mr Chetan Chheda, Managing Director, Glo Panels Pvt Ltd.

Parth International group would concentrate more on their existing decor paper and plate business. “Our company decided to expand our laminate base paper business and invest on that instead of highlighters’ surfacing products. Bravia displayed the latest charcoal panels in 8x4 sq ft and decorative wall panel in 2x8 sq ft sheet of natural pine wood in sheet format polished which look like veneer. The upper decorative sheet has been imported from Canada. Besides, they have also introduced many colours on non folder laminates. “The folder of Bravia has also been updated with latest colour designs with soft textures in wooden, stone, fabric etc which are mostly in demand these days,” said Mr Vivek Agarwal, Director of the company.

Real Touch from Rangoli Laminates Pvt Ltd has introduced their new exotic laminate catalogue AMINEX having various colours and textures like fabric, stones and many others. The speciality of this catalogue is new designs, colours and concepts. Decent Laminates Pvt Ltd introduced rustic collection of digital laminates with innovative designs and latest range of colours which give antique look in laminate application also. "In this offering we are giving 35 designs like stones, wooden, and different rustic look design combinations for panel applications. The designers and architects like it with greater choice for their economical and long lasting maintenance free interior applications," said Mr Navneet Patel, Director, Decent Laminates Pvt Ltd.

Saffron Decoratives Pvt Ltd with their brand Safelam Laminates has introduced veneered looked high gloss laminates with 1.25 mm thickness. “The speciality of this offering is that it looks like natural veneer without polishing. Prince Laminates with their Nocte Lam brand has introduced natural stone, metallic, wooden and old look laminates and Nocte Bond Aluminium Panel sheets. Besides they are also coming up with a new folder of Nocte with the name of “Hash-tag” especially for architects having 25 designs and 200 colours with rustic look,” said Mr Bharat Gothi, Director, Prince Laminates.

Vigo Industries with their brand Vigorous is offering innovative PETG pvc laminates with have feature of bending without grooving which have been introduced in the market one month before and receiving very good response. Mr Jitendra Kumar, Owner, VIGO Industries said, “We are observing very good response of our new offerings. It is available in very innovative colours and textures.”

Sankalp Enterprises with their range if products offerings in various brand like Spell, Ranberry laminates and Arica Laminates. Creating designs on imagination they are offering totally different colours/textures and observing good demand of their products. Mr Prabhu, Partner, Sankalp Enterprises said, “We are expecting very good demand as many of the customers and potential buyers are appreciating our offerings with new designs and colours. Besides, we are also offering PVC laminate in crystal, anti-scratch Folio collection in metal with 1.5 mm thickness.”

Elysian, a new entrant in laminate division with their 80 dealers network has introduced seven series of laminates in 1mm and 1.25 mm thickness with premium offerings. Every series has its speciality like some of them are combination of intricate grains, rich colours, and rustic textures and with beauty of natural wood. Some of them is having metallic look in mat texture and wooden cuts & knots giving the most classy look. Some of them are designer collection with UV gloss look in veneer colour. Some of them are aesthetically designed surface
in mat finish and some of them are exclusive concept of blending the raw formed veneer with natural textures.

Lakshmi Industries with their brand Eurobrite have introduced colour core PVC laminates in folder with 1.25 mm thickness. Its speciality is to have 130 shades in rustic, wooden high gloss and metallic series. “We are Delhi based and manufacturing in Surat with European imported paper. We are expecting good demand with these innovative offerings as the market is a bit slow these days and survival is primary for small players. We are also expecting for the market will revive in coming days,” said Mr Akash Darji, Sales Head, Lakshmi Industries.

Kalas is offering innovative and antique range of art effects of decorative items; Laser cut laminates and new range of Mosaic of wood and cork etc. Mr Praveen Hingad, Director, Kalas Designer Elements said, “These days use of art effects is a growing trend to give a better look of the ambience. These art effects are used in many ways as decorative items. It is a value adding product which improves the aesthetic look of interiors.”

Ace Mica introduced their new folder of Brown Paper and also started a series of 1mm with name of Royal Gold. “Our main folder is basically veneer based and what was missing has been included into Brown Paper folder to cater the demand of fancy items. We have introduced four new textures in this folder like Primer, Bricks, Siphon, and a wooden texture. Today the demand is of combination of textures in standard sizes of doors and other applications. These are reasonable for architects and interior designers,” said Mr Mukesh Kanoi of ACE Mica. He also added that people are working with short term views so the market condition is getting decorated. So people have to think for the betterment of the industry and focus on quality and balanced approach of sustainable business.

Paramount Group introduced STANLEY brand self manufactured PVC laminates in series of colours in matt and high gloss in 1.2 mm and also introduced velvet touch, designer laser collection, with 90 degree bendable, fire retardant and water proof quality product. "We are offering high density colour core with high elasticity so it does not crack when grooved from bending. At present we have 111 colours designs and very shortly we are adding much more. The market is turning toward Indian manufacturing and the ratio has reached to 70 to 30 percent with imported PVC laminate. We are also educating carpenters and applicators for its proper application," said Mr Abhinav Chaudhary, Director, Paramount Group.

Advance Decorative Laminates Pvt Ltd is launching their PVC laminates very soon. “We are going to start own manufacturing of PVC laminates. Namah Decor LLP with their brand name Laminex for smart high gloss surfaces introduced Hi - Litto highlighters with mirror in 2x6 sq inch, 8x6 sq inch and 8x8 sq inch for door and wardrobe manufacturers. Besides, they have also introduced anti scratch PVC laminates with nanotech abrasion technology which facilitate five times higher gloss that protects from stretches to appear on surface. Mr Dinesh P Gada, Director, Namah Decor LLP said, “It is exclusive high end luxury laminates for wall covering and interior application which is bendable, curable, back lit panels. The method used in this new offering is like alabaster with new technology.”

Rebecca Laminates has introduced laser cut laminates with wooden textures/colours and Innate folder and audited their existing laminate folder with several new colours/textures. There are 95 colours textures in wooden and soft colours in their newly launched folder INNATE. Mr Jignesh Patel of Rebecca Laminates said, “In laser cut segment there would not
be any folder as its small pieces cannot be displayed in folder size. The objective behind bringing laser cut laminate is that its demand is growing day by day and with increasing competition every company is offering something innovative which is new in the market. We are expecting good demand of our offerings.”

Reva Decor with their brand name Rotolam –elegance laminates and MAIKA – exclusive laminates introduced their range of laminates catering to projects. “It has been introduced specially with the thought to offer quality products for projects. It has architects based sober textures like Ash texture, silky matt like corian and wood grains. It can replace veneer and have good demand in projects at mid range,” said Mr Sanjay Sankhla of Reva Decor.

Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd is offering new generation of adhesive called Euro fine line adhesive for architects have several advantages kike anti-termite, water-proof, weather-proof which is much suitable for moister affected area like northern part of the country where moisture and cold lies at maximum level. “The industry is witnessing a change with a lot of application solution available in the market for surface and interior purposes so the innovation is going in adhesive industry and we are also moving on with same pace giving them a perfect solution for different application with their suitability. Metro Laminates launched their Tellica brand premium laminates in 1 mm for Mumbai and Maharashtra region. The new offerings have been introduced for architect based projects. It has 87 colour textures which are witnessing good demand in Maharashtra also. Mr. Hardik Thumar said, “We are expecting 99% growth in demand in Maharashtra also as it is doing very good in Gujarat where it has been introduced one month before.”

Bhavya Veneers is promoting their newly opened new display gallery and stock point for their product offering at Gurgaon, Delhi NCR having 1000 sq ft display area among the total space of 5000 sq ft. “Presently the laminate industry is lacking behind in terms of growth and profit margins are shrinking so the small players are facing a lot of problem of their survival. Many players are opting veneers and a lot of players have come into this segment also. Veneer market is expanding and architects and interior designers also opting it larger extent,” said Mr Krunal Shah of Bhavya Veneers.

Mayur Laminates with their flagship brand DOCOWUD and WALLEX introduced new items such as decor panels which include frame with digital printing inside the mother of pearls. It can be directly hanged on the wall. There are 24 designs which have been introduced in the market very first time in India. Besides, WPC wall panels have been introduced in 10 indifferent designs and colours. “It is used in false celling and is available in 1x1 sq ft; 16x16 sq ft and 2x1 sq ft. There is a leather panels which is used in head boards, TV panels etc. These products are in demand but customers, interior designers and architects always want something new in every six months,” said Mr Jeetu J Karia of Mayur Laminates. Mayur Laminates is pioneers in developing elements like metal carvings, alabaster sheets, pebbles, mosaics & more and are committed to supplying innovative products that add significant value to the interior & architectural projects.

Scale introduced high gloss anti scratch PVC laminates with wooden effects and 90 degree bendable technology in 1 mm and PET resin Acrylic sheets in 2 mm. Mr Vijay Nisar, Proprietor SCALE Laminates said, “We offer designer PVC laminates for interior applications and observing good demand with their innovative offerings.”

Sun Decor from the house of Perfect Ply has introduced their first folder in laminate with the name of Growlam with exclusive range of soft textures veneered look. They have also a vast range in plywood which was on display in the exhibition. Mr Amit Patel, Partner in Sun Decor said, “Today the market is growing with new range of products and specially in laminate division there is much innovation going on so the competition is increasing but the it is imperative to offer something exclusive is worth and we are doing that perfectly.”

Vihu Designs has introduced ARJE brand laminates in veneered colour/texture. They have 90 colours in these offerings. “This is our new offering apart from other panel business. We have around 40 distributors and nearly 500 dealers across the country. We are expecting good demand in this segment also. We are willing to include more dealers/distributors to spread its market,” said Mr Hiren Gala, Development Director, VIHU Designs.

Samrat Plywood has introduced exterior cladding which is used in building facade and wall panelling. It is available in 6 mm thickness with water resistance having 10 years of warranty. Besides, they have also introduced Gurjan based 400 boiling waterproof plywood and in decorative laminated they have introduced new shades in Z series and plain colours in 1mm and 0.8mm thickness. Mr. Pratish Rai, DGM (Projects) Mumbai, Samrat Plywood Limited said, “We have introduced nearly 400 new colours and improvised their existing range of
offerings. In cladding also we can offer the same colours which are available in laminate segment we me. We can offer personalised colours/textures in our offerings and there is no issue of mismatch if the demand of any series comes after many days of applications.”

Nitin Enterprises with their brand KAIROS has introduced exotic and metallic veneers for high end interior purposes. “We are getting demand and observing that the demand will increase to further level. Though laminate offerings are similar to veneers but the market segment is entirely different. Particularly the mid segment is also willing to use veneers if they can afford even single piece of furniture or interior applications. Today veneer is cheaper that the earlier and many of its hidden aspects have been opened up so the acceptance of veneer is increasing by 20%, Said Mr Nitin Singhal, MD, Nitin Enterprises.

Panjo Enterprise has intruded wide range of non folder laminates in 1mm. “We have launched veneered finished digital laminates which can be polished also. In digital laminates there are a vast range of textures also. Digital laminated is having changes every day instead of regular laminate which takes time to get change. Today people want something new and in digital laminate segment we can offer them in plenty,” said Mr Mansukh Shah, Director, PANJO Enterprise.

Brothers’ Creation is offering different innovation in laminates and surface decor segment. “We have introduced SLIMSTONE imported from Korea which is made of clay mixed with sand. This decor items for exterior application can be used in washrooms also. It can also be rounded for different surface applications. Secondly there is innovation in laminate with foil
application which is called favourite laminate. Also we have come up with 8x4 sq ft cork laminate,” said Mr Paresh Thakkar of Brothers’ Creation.

Kashvi Marketing has introduced PVC laminates in wooden colours and designs and 15 solid colours in high gloss with thickness of 1.2 mm and 90 degree bendable features. “We have also introduced five new designs in Charcoal also which are well appreciated by the customers. In Charcoal panels we have introduced a folder called SK2 which is UV coated which offer anti-scratch feature. PVC has captured 30% of market of normal laminates and is growing at fast pace. We have offering across the country,” said Mr Sandip Shah, Proprietor, Kashvi Marketing.

Korea based CBA (Cross Border Associates) have ventured into India and has intruded PVC Laminate flooring, white charcoal for kitchen cabinet with their own subsidiary in India. We call these PVC laminated material is LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles). CBA is a leading furniture material manufacturing establishment in Korea. “India is very nice high end market and we are offering high end products for this with our Indian subsidiary CBA India with a number of distributors across the country which is headed by Hiten Oza. We would like to export to
India and if the people like our product we can produce it India itself in coming days,” said Mr Lee Shiwon, General Manager, CBA, Korea.

Argo Laminates has introduced new textures and the papers are imported from Europe and China and launched the largest folder ZYKA with unique presentation and Phonix brand 0.8mm laminates. “The HPL introduced is mostly wooden textures with wooden and high gloss textures. The newly launched folder of ZYKA will unique is having 63 colour textures,” said Mr Shyamsundar Mahapatra, GM-Sales & Marketing, Argo Laminates.

PG Veneers and Laminates showcased their twenty samples of veneers. And single sheet folder in PEGT without brand. “We are in veneer segment for over 22 years and veneer is which we sell with water spray. As by spraying water on veneer its proper looks and grains comes out the real application appears before application. Today veneer application is increasing and has reach to 35 % market which was earlier to nearly 20 % . People are more aware and asking for luxurious looks that come only with veneer application. There are number of shops and showrooms are coming up even in North India which was unknown to these valued products earlier. Today Delhi is becoming leading veneer market in the country,” said Mr Prakash Gor of PG Veneers.

Panch Dev Laminates has introduced their SPOTLAM brand of non folder laminates in three ranges of Medium, Eco and Higher segments. “There are 60 colours each in Eco and Higher segment with premium offerings and nearly 100 colours will be launched in Medium segment very shortly. It is under process. We are also offering products from GL with which we are associated with over 9 years. The market of laminate industry is highly demanding as with Indian mentality they want durability on economical price and laminate is catering that very efficiently. At present a number of solutions are available but it will sustain for long,” said Mr Kishor Nandu, Proprietor, Panchdev Laminate the owner of SPOTLAM brand.

Rudra Enterprise has brought textures in PVC laminate and nine designs in PVC matt finish and Glossy finishes. Besides, sixteen designs in texture finishing in 1.5mm. Mr Narendra Gala, Partner Rudra Enterprise said, “People are taking much interest in embossed textured laminate. Today it is a trend that anyone who bring something innovative definitely catch the market sentiment so the innovation is going on at fast pace and this only way to beat the competition.”

Deco Mica Ltd with their flagship brand Heritage Laminates has introduced exclusive Charcoal and PVC Laminates range. “In PVC there are textures and metallic range along with high end metallic range of laminates which are being liked by people very much. In Charcoal our collection is in-house made. We are doing a lot of R&D for design and colour combinations. Maria Decor is offering exclusive designs in Charcoal in 8x4 sq ft. They are also offering unique 3D embossed designs of premium ASA Decor sheet under the brand name EXQUISO first time in India. “ASA (Acryl ate - Styrene - Acrylonitrile) is co - polymer san resin reinforced with Acrylic rubber. They have also introduced luxury vinyl tiles. “Luxury vinyl times (LVT) is having only 10% market in Asia. In futuristic point of view it is long lasting product because it requires zero maintenance and is user specific application,” He added.

Chheda International Pvt Ltd with their flagship brand SPACE ONE introduced various range of veneer made form face imported from Germany, Italy, and Malaysia. They also focusing on veneer made of small pieces of blocks giving new designs. “We have nearly 800 types of veneers in new designs offering matching with latest trends and according to the demands in the market,” said Mr Irfan Khan, Marketing Manager, Chheda International Pvt Ltd.

Siddhi Veneers Pvt Ltd with their existing brand RANG is offering 90 patented designs of Charcoal such as Glaxyglow, Woodash, etc under the brand name Charco Charm. They are going to update their PVC laminate range by the next financial year and will be coming with 180 colours of PVC laminates. “The coming time will good enough as many people have invested so much and are fighting for offering innovative and quality designs and products,” said Mr Vinay Bhandari, Director, Sidhhi Veneers Pvt Ltd.

Multi Ply-n-wood has come up with new range of digital laminate under the brand name ZENIUM and has added 60 colours including wooden, stone etc in that. “We have also introduced rustic series in digital laminate range in non folder segment and have added 30 colours in it. Besides we have two other brands DAMAS and ASMA which have good market reach,” said Mr Harnish Karia of Multi Ply-n-wood.

IRISS IMPEX has introduced HERINDOM shadow collection of laminated flooring made in Belgium from the company BerryAlloc. “This is very first time in India which we have brought shadow collection and distributing pan India. Besides we have also introduced digital laminates wooden flooring in EXPRESSION series under the brand name BATRERIO. We have five shades in it. In this way we are introducing new verity in flooring every year. Some of our offerings are HDF based AC 4 category with 20 years residential warranty and five years light commercial warranty. Surface Dekor (I) Pvt Ltd has introduced new brand of laminate BELARISTA in which there are 144 solid colours along with several soft textures including wooden and stones. They have also introduced Fabric range of laminate in which there are 90 fabric designs.

Vougue Decor with their flagship brand Gloirio is offering imported decorative products like DECOWALL in 2x1 and 1x1 size with 24 designs, full sheet of Charcoal from Korea, and Leather laminated from Turkey. “Leather laminate gives a feel of leather which is normal laminate with 90 degree bendable feature. There are 80 designs in leather laminates. We have more than 200 designs in Charcoal. We have much more new range of product for architects and every three four months we are keep adding new products,” said Mr Jayendra Ghoda from Vougue Decor.

Asiatic Surfaces is offering newly introduced laminate range which has been displayed in ten folders. They introduced one folder for each range for ten different ranges of products in 1mm. “To provide sample with bigger display we have introduced ten folders, one each for different types and different name we have introduced ten folder. Brolam Decor is a new venture come into existence four years before doing some projects work. They have now venture into laminate industry and is planning to expand their reach across the country. At present they are catering four states, Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP and Karnataka with the production capacity of 75000 sheets and by the end of this year they are willing to double the capacity and installing another press at their plant based at Surat.
