You are connected to everyone in the industry with your phone number then, what is the objective for launching this app?
Definitely my phone number is with everyone associated with us, but sometime the interior people do not have such access to connect with me. In that situation in need everyone can connect with us if they have downloaded this application in their mobile phones. Secondly, either maintenance people, factory managers who like to have trouble shooting can get quick help with us by this application. In future we will be including common problem tutorial with the help of video that will help them solve their problem by their own. In today’s time of Covid everyone is used to with such application for their ease so, the industry professionals can get lot of benefits from it. We will be available as before on this application also because we have a backup team for this service.
Will the app only be facilitating services on complain or one can place orders for new products also?
They can enquiry for anything and in terms of new offering, they will get quick mail and quotations for their enquiry with contact number and further proceeding will be started by our people assisting you for all your requirements.
We will have to keep focus on strengthening of press also. So, there are many aspects. These days we are going to 25 to 30 delights in requirements. I hope by 2023 these installations will be visible in India also, as there is lot of atomization in press handling, loading unloading in India.

Do you bring any quality innovation/difference in product, as today numerous people are offering presses in India?
Our motto is to offer value for money. It doesn’t mean we will be giving lower quality or charge higher price for the product. When we compare with others there may be difference in quality in input raw materials that will lead to price difference also. There may be difference in investment for machinery, as we invested crores rupees in bringing machines and technology for perfection, machining, precision as in long term it pays to the customers in terms of lesser break downs. All these factors will bring the differences in quality. Secondly, we are innovating on presses to make it long lasting with proper mechanism and perfection so that the running cost comes down with low power consumption and less breakdowns.
Today in vertical presses the number of delites is increasing. What do you see in this direction in India next year?
We can make presses of 50 delites also if there is such requirement. The million dollar question is that to how many delights the Indian market can exceed? In my opinion with the number of delights increasing, we will have to keep focus on strengthening of press also. So, there are many aspects. These days we are going to 25 to 30 delights in requirements. I hope by 2023 these installations will be visible in India also, as there is lot of atomization in press handling, loading unloading in India. The delights are directly related to handling of raw materials and finish goods, so accordingly if anyone have that flow can reach to 30 delights in two to three years time
Do you see the same trend in laminate also?
In laminate also the same trend is prevailing as people are having 20 or 24 delights in operation, or even 28 delights are being installed. In laminate, forming is considered as important for its number, as many of the industrialists are doing it in double stage and many of them is doing in single stage. Some of them are doing on both sides. If the forming is complete there is no issue in increasing the number of delights. The purpose of press is to pressing and supply proper temperature during laminate manufacturing with the required speed to give proper time to hydraulics so that material do not de-laminate.
In Particle Boards, there are simultaneous closing presses, can these types of presses be used in laminate and plywood manufacturing also?
We can use it in both the operations. But, we have to see that why the simultaneous closing presses are required for Particle board manufacturing? Because, all the particle are mixed with glue and in that stage till it reaches to the top, the material which was already there get cured. So, all the delights closes all together, that is simultaneous closing presses. It can be used in plywood and laminate also but in laminate there would be a challenge of streamline. In simultaneous closing presses its simultaneous equipments remain attached with 8 or 10 ft aside. In laminates its fitting challenges comes before us, because in case of laminate there are multiple inlets and outlets, still managing them it can be done. Naturally we can save time and power consumption by doing it. Simultaneous closing presses system is a booster system so the approach speed power consumption will drop. It can be done just an initiative is to be taken.
