According to the company officials after completing the trial production in March 2022 now the commercial production has been started with a capacity of 200 cbm per day under the brand ‘Crosta’. At present they are manufacturing below 6mm thin MDF in HD quality.

Their fully equipped manufacturing plant has all necessary machines installed and raw materials like timber and chemicals are made available from Yamunanagar region. Very shortly they will be producing different variants in MDF like textured, laminated MDF both sides and single side, high density, decorative, etc.

“With rising demand of MDF we observed that there is a gap in availability and supply in thin MDF due to major dependency on imports. The Covid period has widened this gap and the market is suffering for it. We are producing improved quality without any thickness variation on our latest 4th generation thin MDF manufacturing plant. The production capacity is over 200 cbm per day,” said Mr Amit Goel, Director, Crosta Panels.

Crosta Panels is a name built in association with three well-known companies like GMG Plywood, Classic Plywood and KC Plywood in the plywood industry. These companies have been serving the industry for over two decades with trust among dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers and end users.

“We have reached this position with our successful ventures and the same legacy would be continuing into MDF as well. We are sure that we will gain the trust of customers in our new offerings also. Our offerings are different from others with guarantee of quality and continuous supply in the market. It can be used in furniture, decorative purposes and other uses. Its smooth surfaces offer numerous applications like applying paint; carving and veneer applications on it also,” said Mr Amit Goel.

“The product would be available across the country. I would like to say to our channel partners that together we can go much ahead. I assure you that I will support you in every aspect. With the start of MDF production, very soon we are going to bring MDF with higher thickness as well as particle board manufacturing and different types of coatings also,” he revealed.
